Kick off Meeting

On 20-21 December 2018, BSC hosted the ChEESE Kick off Meeting in Barcelona. The event was the first face-to-face meeting with all the partners and represented the official launch of the project.
The first day, as an introduction, there was a project overview presentation and a short presentation of the consortium members about their role in the project. In the afternoon, researchers from other related projects, such as EUDAT, EPOS and POP2, presented their projects in order to create synergies with ChEESE. The day ended with a visit to the MareNostrum 4.
The second day featured presentations from each workpackage and ended with next steps and a meeting with the project supervisory board.
